fernweh is pretty much the only german word w/o a proper translation in any other language. it's the oposit of homesickness, the extreme longing to go traveling

Covering sort of extreme volcano treks, deep jungle adventures, cloud forests, lonely pacific beaches, life in a caribbean storm, and currently back to the mountain stuff.

and yes, a best of (edited in photoshop) of the pictures will eventually show up around here too...
